CLASS TYPES

  • Looking for a physical challenge and ready to break a sweat? Power yoga is exactly that. This fast-paced class synchronizes breath with movement, designed to elevate your heart rate while still maintaining a calm nervous system and intention with each movement. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated, and energized.

  • Restore is dreamy, warm, and welcoming. This class invites you to show up as you are and in your coziest clothes. Restorative yoga has a very grounding effect on the body and creates emotional balance. Whether you arrive ecstatic, sad, or anything in-between, you will leave feeling centered. There is a special kind of medicine with restorative yoga, come experience it.

  • New to yoga? Basic is the perfect blend of gentle movement and physicality. This class guides you through foundational standing and seated postures, with slow transitions and longer-held poses. If you feel intimated by yoga in any way, this is the perfect class type to begin a practice. Seasoned practioners may also benefit from a basic practice.

  • Our meditation class is often taught through a method called yoga nidra, which translates to "yoga sleep." While the goal is deep relaxation, it is perfectly normal and welcome to fall fully asleep. We often enhance the experience with a sound bath, using soothing instruments to calm the mind and body. This class is perfect for anyone seeking mental clarity and physical relaxation.
